                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR 
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AND THE 
                   CITY FINANCE OFFICER TO EXECUTE AND ATTEST, 
                   RESPECTIVELY, AN AGREEMENT WITH S. COLIN 
                   KINTON TO PERFORM PERSONAL TRAFFIC 
                   ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR AN AMOUNT OF TWO 
                   THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY AND NO/100 
                   DOLLARS ($2,250.00) PER MONTH.
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that the Administrator of the Department 
       of Public Works and the City Finance Officer be and are hereby 
       authorized to execute and attest, respectively, an Agreement with 
       S. Colin Kinton to perform personal traffic engineering services 
       for an amount of $2,250.00 per month.
